This past Friday, July 24, 2015, Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 46th birthday...and let's just say she wears 46 fabulously! She stunned at her birthday bash at 1OAK (Southampton, N.Y.) when she showed up in this sheer cutout number by Bao Tranchi. We think it's pretty safe to say, either J. Lo's a vampire, or she's discovered the fountain of youth! (Just Kidding)
So how does Jennifer Lopez maintain her flawless look year after year? Better yet, how can YOU look like J. Lo at 46?
Just follow these three tips to keeping that girlish figure:
1. Get an adequate amount of sleep every night. Sleep does wonders for your skin, and overall well-being. J. Lo says "Sleep! I think sometimes we get caught up in what we need to do next and forget about what are the very essential and important things in life. I treasure my time to sleep. It's just as important as eating or exercise."
2. Exercise. Even if you don't want to. Even if you just go for a walk around the neighborhood everyday. Even if you feel you don't "need" to lose weight. Exercise is important for maintaining your physique and good health. It keeps your body toned and fights flab.
3. Maintain good eating habits. Incorporate more fruits/veggies, leafy greens, nuts, and most importantly, water to your diet. Try these in place of any fried, greasy or fatty foods.
